Return and Order Policies
2nd Chance Wellness does not accept returns.But please Contact Us if you have an issue with your product.
All products are made fresh, so please allow at least 72 hours for production.
Any order that request same day pickup is considered a rush order, and will be subject to a $10.00 rush fee to be paid before order is received.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Pickups
All pick up orders have a 72 hour turnaround. We will send you an email or text message with meet up information. Please allow at least 72 hours to pass before contacting us about meetup. Thank you.
Meet Ups
There will be a meet up time and date given. I will only wait 5 minutes before I leave the meet up location.
If you miss 2 meet-ups, you will only be allowed to choose shipping for all future orders.
All orders left over 5 days are subject to a $10 remake fee.
