Return and Order Policies 

If you encounter any issues with your order (damaged, missing, or incorrect items), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we will try our best to resolve the issue.

Shipping

At 2nd Chance Wellness, we strive to ensure that your wellness products reach you in a timely and efficient manner. Please review your shipping, delivery, and pickup options below.
 

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times: Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout. We offer expedited shipping options. Delivery times vary depending on your location. 

International Shipping: At this time, we only ship within the USA. We hope to offer international shipping soon.

 

Meet-Up/Pick Up

You may opt to pick-up/meet-up your order off the Greenspring Ave Shell's gas station location. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pick up. Please wait for this notification before coming to pick up your order. 

Pick Up/Meet-up Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 4PM - 6PM | Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, 9AM - 4PM.

 

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery for customers within a 30-mile radius of our location. Delivery is available Monday through Saturday. 

Delivery Fee: A small delivery fee may apply and will be calculated at checkout. 

Delivery Schedule: Orders placed before 7am will be delivered the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be delivered within 1-2 business days.
