Return and Order Policies 

2nd Chance Wellness does not accept returns. But, please Contact Us immediately if you have an issue with your order, and we will rectify the issue .

All products are made fresh, so please allow at LEAST 72 hours (3 days) for production, and an additional  hours for shipping.

Any order that requests same day pickup is considered a rush order and will be subject to a $10.00 rush fee to be paid before order is received. 

Shipping

We ship nationwide. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.


When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items, or the preparation time of the order. 

Please also note that the shipping rate is a flat based rate. 

 

Pickups

All pick up orders have at least a 72-hour turnaround, unless you have paid for a rush order. We will send you an email or text message with meet up information. Please allow at least 72 hours to pass before contacting us about meetup. Thank you.

 

Meet Ups

There will be a meet up time and date given. I will only wait 5 minutes before I leave the meet up location.
If you miss 2 meetups, you will only be allowed to choose shipping for all future orders. 
All orders left over 5 days are subject to a $10 remake fee.
