Meet The Founder

Larita "Nikki" Curier, owner of 2nd Chance Wellness, is a 39-year-old female who was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama. She was diagnosed with endometriosis over 20 years ago and has had several treatments performed, except a hysterectomy. She was told she would have symptoms for the rest of her life or until she removed her reproductive organs. At one point she begged her doctor to give her a hysterectomy; but, he never gave in, due to the fact that she had not had children yet. In 2017, she was prescribed a drug that made her suicidal. After a visit to a psychiatric ward, she was determined to heal in a more natural way. She was introduced to herbal medicine, and she hasn't looked back since.

2nd Chance Wellness was created, in June 2020, during the Covid-19 pandemic and became official in August 2020. 2nd Chance Wellness was created to help women, men, and children heal naturally, as our ancestors once did. Her goals are to help break generational chains, educate people on healing, and assist in reversing diseases. She creates homemade herbal tea blends, vaginal steaming herbal blends (for vaginal steams), tasty Sea Moss Gel, and Elderberry Syrup packed with many herbal goodies.
